Whether it’s selling a home, searching for a home, or negotiating a contract, each member of the expansion business is an experienced real estate professional who applies their expert skills to each step of the process to help each client achieve an outstanding result.

The Expansion Partner is the representative of the expansion business in the local market. He/She builds a local business, creating real connections with buyers and sellers by sharing the value proposition and offering phenomenal service. The Expansion Partner is a growth-focused business builder who intends to be a leader in the Market Center and in the community.

The mission of the Dave Friedman Team is to motivate, lead and inspire people to create a better life through real estate by creating limitless opportunities and removing the glass ceiling. DFT will grow as big as it needs to so other can reach their goals. The Expansion Partner is a service-focused salesperson, motivated to set and achieve personal, business, and company goals. The Partner is highly sociable, optimistic, and outgoing. He/She doesn’t wait for others to lead, rather identifies any opportunity to make a difference and push the mission forward. The Expansion Partner believes in models and is dedicated to finding a scalable, repeatable, and powerful route forward.

The Expansion Partner is actively in production, demonstrating the daily skills, habits, and attitudes of a high-achieving agent committed to putting clients first, creating win-win agreements, and closing transactions. Activities include prospecting daily for leads, closing those leads to appointments, closing for agreements, and consulting clients on the best solutions for their lives. Should the local business grow enough, the Expansion Partner can earn the right to add leverage and start to grow a team.

The Expansion Partner is learning-based and committed to personal growth. He/She regularly attends training courses, practices scripts and dialogues, and identifies opportunities to help grow others.

What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Stay focused on the accomplishment of goals for the local business
  • Ensure that all activities and priorities support the mission of the overall business
  • Invest in personal accountability to annual/monthly/weekly goals using the 1-3-5 and the 4-1-1 tool
  • Prospect for leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses
  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
  • Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all contracts
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients daily
  • Effective lead follow up
  • Enhance prospecting efforts with strategic marketing
  • Lead all aspects of transactions from initial contact to contract to close
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients
  • Create and nurture the local database
  • Become and remain the expert on the local market
  • Actively participate in all cultural and educational activities led by the business

Communications/Interactions

  • Expansion Director – weekly

Compensation

$250,000 annual within 48 months
