As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) at Dave Friedman Team, you will tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with prospective sellers and buyers. You will also schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and / or Buyer Specialists.

  • This role is remote/virtual with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective sellers and buyers.
  • Outbound calling and emailing, scheduling of appointments, and coordination to ensure those appointments are held.
  • Building and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our CRM and other tech resources.

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Inside sales experience is preferred.
  • Real estate experience is NOT required.

This position offers a base salary plus commission with a total target compensation of $50k (1st Year) to $85k+ (based on experience and performance).
