The Dave Friedman Team is a top producing, high-energy residential brokerage firm in need of a FULL TIME, Field Coordinator with equal energy and enthusiasm. The right candidate should be excited about helping organizing all the steps in coordinating home sales and providing a high level service experience for our team.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a team environment. Proficiency with computers and technology and possessing the ability to learn new applications quickly are also necessary qualities. This is a very detail oriented position, so attention and ability to focus on the small things is a must!

Experience with G Suite is needed. The right person must have good organizational skills and be great at multitasking. We are looking for someone who has the ability and desire to grow with our dynamic team.

A large aspect of this job is delivering large signs and lock boxes, and installing large post signs in the ground. A car large enough to load and move large signs, the ability to lift and push 50 lbs, and reliable, consistent transportation are all necessary.

  • Manage all courier stock
  • Inventory of Signs and Assigned Listings
  • Picking up checks from attorneys
  • Print Agent Documents & Keep office stocked
  • Setting Up Open Houses
  • Deliveries / Pick Ups - Signs
  • Ordering signs
  • Office supplies inventory

$12.00 / hour + $.45 per mile (40 hour week)
