Have you been a full-time real estate agent for at least three years that would like to escape the grind? The Dave Friedman Team is growing and we are looking for a Director of Training & Growth to join our team. This is a salaried leadership position and you can continue to work your book of business while taking advantage of all of our leverage and support to do so! The right candidate for this opportunity is someone who is ready to elevate into a leadership role with a highly successful real estate team. As the Director of Training & Growth, your primary goals will be finding and placing talent while helping agents grow their businesses and build their careers through training & support. You will spend about half of you time recruiting talented agent and team members, while training and supporting those agents with the remainder of your time. If you have a passion for helping others reach their potential, this role may be right for you! Experience training sales agents, leading others, and recruiting are all pluses but not required.

  • Outbound calls to candidates
  • Schedule & conduct in-person interviews

  • Experience training sales agents, leading others, growing a team and recruiting are all pluses but not required.
  • South Carolina Real Estate License required
  • 3+ years real estate sales experience
  • Outgoing personality

  • Knowledge of the struggles that real estate agents face

    Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 annually at plan based on performance with base + bonus.
