As a growing Real Estate Team, The Dave Friedman Team at Keller Willams grew from a small team in 2014, to one of the top Expansion Groups in the Carolina Region in just 8 years. We created and implemented systems and support that provide our agents with a truly plug-and-play approach to real estate sales. As we continue to grow in the Myrtle Beach market, we are in search of a motivated and successful leader that wants more from their real estate career. The right candidate for this opportunity will be a player/coach who is active in both sales and leadership. As you continue to grow a world-class Real Estate Team in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, you will focus more on leadership, management, accountability, coaching, recruiting, onboarding and training, and less on personal production.

As a member of our top-producing team, you will receive appointment opportunities set for you by our world-class Inside Sales Team, leads, Listing and Closing Coordination, cutting edge systems and an incredible custom CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Must have (or willing to obtain) a real estate license in South Carolina
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of success
  • 1+ years real estate experience with a proven track record of success and a minimum of 20 transactions closed
  • A passion for coaching and impacting others
  • Have a Growth Mindset
  • Be tech savvy
  • Be Team oriented, supportive, upbeat and motivational
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  • Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Team leadership ability
  • Proven success as a Sales Manager or team lead
  • Prior sales experience is extremely important
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

$100,000+ based on performance
